M50 Electronic Mortise Lock – Entry Lock
The M50 Electronic Mortise Lock is designed
for controlled-entry applications in commercial and high-end residential
buildings. Combining electronic access control with the proven B00 Series
mortise lock body, it provides convenient credential-based access and
dependable mechanical operation.
The latch bolt is operated by the lever from either side. The outside key or inside thumbturn locks or unlocks both levers simultaneously. PIN code and RFID access offer additional convenience for authorized users.

01 / OVERVIEW
Overview
The
M50 integrates a motorized mortise lock body with an electrical clutch inside,
combining electronic access control with the mechanical strength of a
heavy-duty mortise lock. Users can gain authorized access through PIN code or
RFID credentials, with a mechanical key available for override.
Designed
to meet ANSI/BHMA A156.13 requirements for mortise locks and ANSI/BHMA A156.25
requirements for electrified locking devices, the M50 is intended for demanding
daily use. Its stainless steel construction, tempered glass touchscreen and
trim secured by four through-bolts support durability, a clean architectural
appearance and installation security.
The
lock is suitable for wood or metal doors and can be used in both new
construction and retrofit projects.

arrangement is similar to F04, but the M50 incorporates electronic access
control and should not be described as an identical F04 function.
