The DD13 Dormitory or Exit Lock meets and exceeds ANSI/BHMA A156.13 requirements and Grade 1 cycle performance for heavy-duty applications. Overview

The DD13 Dormitory or Exit Lock is designed and tested to ANSI/BHMA A156.13 requirements, with Grade 1 performance for heavy-duty commercial and institutional applications. It exceeds the required cycle performance and is suitable for doors subject to frequent use.

The lock case and internal components are made of stainless steel for improved strength and corrosion resistance, with durable construction for long-term operation.

The DD Series uses one multifunction lock body for 10 functions, including entry, classroom, storeroom, privacy, passage, and deadlock. The lock body is suitable for multiple door thicknesses and both wood and metal doors.

UL listed for up to 3-hour fire-rated openings, the DD13 is suitable for dormitories, educational facilities, offices, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and other high-use or security-sensitive areas.
