01 / OVERVIEW
Overview
The M54 combines an LED indicator trim with
a compact mortise lock body for bathroom and privacy applications. Its highly
visible LED status indication makes room status easier to identify from a
distance, improving convenience in busy public facilities.
The lock is designed in accordance with
ANSI/BHMA A156.13 performance requirements and exceeds ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 cycle
performance requirements, with testing exceeding 1,000,000 cycles. Stainless
steel internal components and housing support durability and corrosion
resistance, while four through-bolts secure the escutcheon trim to help resist
forced damage.
