01 / OVERVIEW

Overview

The DG09 Apartment, Exit or Public Toilet Lock meets ANSI/BHMA A156.13 requirements and Grade 1 performance for heavy-duty use. Its cycle performance exceeds the Grade 1 requirement for doors subject to frequent use.

The lock case and internal components are made of stainless steel, providing strength and resistance to corrosion and wear. The durable construction is suited to repeated daily operation in busy commercial and public areas.

The DG09 is equipped with cylinders on both sides, allowing key operation from either side of the door. This configuration provides controlled access for apartment corridor doors, exit doors, public toilets, and other applications where access from both sides is required.

The DG Series uses one multifunction mortise lock body for 10 functions, including entry, classroom, storeroom, privacy, passage, and deadlock. The lock body fits multiple door thicknesses and both wood and metal doors.

UL listed for up to 3-hour fire-rated openings, the DG09 is suitable for apartment buildings, exit doors, public toilets, offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and other high-traffic applications.
